Professional Bio

Career Journey

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with organizations that were leaders in their fields, often at moments when they were navigating significant transition. I found early on that the work I enjoyed most was helping organizations move forward during these inflection points, applying data, technology, and systems thinking to support new strategic directions.

Over time, this work became less about any single industry or technology and more about helping organizations translate strategy into durable capabilities. Designing systems, aligning stakeholders, building technology solutions, and guiding change has been a consistent thread across my professional journey.

In parallel with my professional career, I have been deeply involved in mentoring young people and supporting youth-focused initiatives. I brought these two strands together by founding Career Labs USA, a nonprofit focused on career pathways, and by building School Voices 360, an automated platform designed to support continuous improvement in K–12 education. These efforts were shaped by the realities of the COVID-19 pandemic. I was able to help by providing an online feedback and improvement platform and online/in-school career mentorship.

Today, I continue to focus on my professional work as a data and technology leader while sustaining a commitment to education and youth development through targeted initiatives that reflect the same principles of thoughtful design, execution, and improvement.
